Settlement conferences are not listed on this calendar.

Applications for hearing in General Procedure appeals

When listing your available dates in a joint or unilateral application for hearing in a General Procedure appeal:

• If your hearing is to take place in Montreal, please contact the Hearings Coordinator at 613-298-0648 to obtain information on which dates to include in your application.

• If your hearing is to take place anywhere in Canada besides Montreal, please provide two available dates between August and December 2026, and one available date between January and April 2027.

• For all hearing locations, please be aware that the Tax Court of Canada does not generally hold hearings on Fridays.

• For all hearing locations, please do not submit dates that occur during statutory holidays, that include any Fridays, or that occur during the Court’s non-sitting weeks: July 20 to August 14, 2026, and December 21, 2026 to January 8, 2027.

Please note that if you have already filed a joint or unilateral application for hearing in a General Procedure appeal, the Registry will follow up with you to discuss your application. You do not need to file another application using the instructions above.
